My family and I left a big box church and now want to go back to the freedom found in Christ by meeting in a simple church. My wife and I have 5 kids and live in Renton. Does anyone know of a smiple chuch in our area?

you might consider posting a new thread in the "looking for the church" forum so this gets better visibility - highlighting your location in Renton. I'm part of a gathering that meets in Bellevue a couple times a month with families and kids. We have an adult bible study (no young kids) with the same gang in W. Seattle a couple times a month, and there's other meetups as well. I'll send you a private message so we could exchange numbers, hook up for coffee some day to meet. Otherwise, I know of a group that meets in Kent, and I've emailed them and mentioned your posting, so maybe someone there will post something here.

Hello, I did see Page and his family at the Picnic today and he did mention he would send me an email, which he did. Now, there is a gathering in Renton as well as Kent...many from both meetings consider themselves a part of both. The Renton one is generaly at the Lamb's home and it gathers every other Saturday evening begining at 5pm(not this saturday but next). The Kent assembly meets in my home every Sunday morning at 10am.
