I sent most of you a private message about this, but I just got the green light from Dwight Ayotte, one of who is hosting this event, to go ahead and post it here. My family is planning to come - hope to see you. Please note Dwight's RSVP request at the bottom.

You are invited to an afternoon of fellowship, ministry and outdoor fun (picnic)!

When: Saturday, August 14, 2010
Time: 12:30 P.M. to 8 P.M. (after lunch to dusk)
Where: Farrel McWhirter Park
19545 Redmond, Wa. 98053
Mackay Creek Picnic Shelter

Directions: From the South:
Take 520 East and continue on Avondale to NE116th Street. Take a right on NE116th Street and another right on 196th Ave NE to the end of the road and the rear park entrance.

From the North:
Take exit 20 off I-405 and go east on NE124th Street. Take a right on Avondale and a left on NE116th Street. Take a right on 196th Ave NE to end of the road and rear park entrance.

Hosted by: Redmond Assembly

Scheduled Activities:
Volleyball and outdoor games for all ages 12:30-2:00 P.M.
Assembly Meeting with open ministry 2:30-4:30 P.M.
Potluck Picnic Love Feast 5 P.M.
Fellowship and games until 8 P.M.

What will be provided: Silverware, napkins, cold drinks, Hot dogs and buns, Condiments, and direction signs at key intersections

What you should bring: Your own picnic chairs and a dish to share
